My name is Richard Davis and I am a local photographer that specializes in Real Estate & Architectural Photography. 

 

I have always had a passion for photography and creativity. After years of doing photography as a hobby I began to pursue it professionally part time. It didn’t take long and I was working full time and building my clientele and business.

 

I have experience shooting family & senior portraits, special events, sports, weddings and architecture. My favorite being architecture.  Under the umbrella of architecture is real estate photography. I enjoy shooting real estate listings because each house has a different feel. I try to shoot unique angles and capture the beauty of each property big or small. Almost all potential buyers are finding their home online prior to contacting a realtor.  Great pictures have a way of capturing these buyers and making them want to see a home in person. This in turn decreases the selling time and increases the value of the home.
